I am an experienced professional with over 20 years in various roles in the Finance, IT and Analysis domain, both in specialist roles as well as managerial roles. I became a consultant in 2018 in a pursuit to deliver the best contribution to any organisation: Combining my knowledge with the wishes of the customer to lay out and deliver upon a shared vision is what makes me passionate about the work I do. To me work is fun when it is allowing me to grow into new domains, when working with, getting inspired by or inspiring other people. Even though fun is a key thing, I also like to get my head around complicated matters. Choosing the easy road might make sense for many people, but I like my path to be less paved at times as well. There is so much to learn from things that do not go as smooth as you would wish.
My experience is within Telecoms, my focus is not. I am confident that I am able to adapt and prosper into other industries as well, as well as in other domains within an organisation. Especially in the domain of data (in the broadest way possible) there are so many opportunities that I am eager to get into the game there as well. As part of my search to keep on learning I intend to finalise the Product Owner Advanced Training from the Agile Scrum Group that will take place in December 2022. I am confident that with this certification I will be able to increase the effect that I can have on organisations in helping them in their direction towards a better future!
